Spanish Wine Dinner: Wines of the Camino de Santiago!

Wine, culture, community, outdoor expeditions…each of these is great on its own. Combining them into one fun-filled evening, then, is about as good as it gets! Join us April 17th, as we welcome one of the country’s premier Spanish wine importers to Alaska, for an exclusive wine dinner highlighting the wines found along Spain’s famous pilgrimage route!

Inspired by the cuisines and cultures of Northern Spain, chef Nathan Dolphin-Chavie has created menu of beautiful, playful takes on traditional dishes; we’re talking way beyond tapas here! Alongside his dishes, we will have an array of spanish wines brought to us by Stephen Metzler and Almudena LLaguno, the husband and wife duo behind Classical Wines of Spain. A discussion of the wines, the regions, and just enough culture and history to make things interesting (don’t worry, there won’t be a quiz!).

If you or your friends have traveled on the Camino, are planning a trip, or are simply curious about learning more, this is an event you don’t want to miss. While we will try and squeeze in as many people as we can, this is a limited seating event, so make your reservations early!
