New Year’s Eve at Crush!

Crush’s annual NYE party has become known as THE spot to ring in the New Year (or to have a great meal early if you have somewhere else to be at Midnight… like at a house party… or in bed!). This year will be no exception, with a phenomenal menu crafted by Nathan Dolphin-Chavie (Harvest/Crush) and wines paired by Crush owners, Robert Delucia, Scott Anaya and Chad Culley.

The evening will feature two seatings for dinner, one at 6pm and one at 9pm. Both seatings are at gathering tables of approximately 10 so you can make new friends or reserve with a group! The 6pm, three course menu is $65 per person for food / $30 for paired wine. The 9pm, four course menu is $95 per person for food / $35 for paired wine and includes bubbles at midnight. We also have a van available for worry free rides home from the second seating. The van will operate from midnight to 2am and will be just $5 per guest! Oyster and spruce-lemon vinaigrette with grated horseradish snow

Roasted pear and sun choke salad with pecorino, fennel pollen, rosemary and apple cider vinaigrette

2nd

Squid ink and crab ravioli with Meyer lemon sabayon, crab and dill oil, old bay dust

3rd

Sous-vide skirt steak with celery root puree, truffled beef jus chanterelles and celery ribbon

4th

Chocolate pave served with chocolate crumbs, mandarine sorbet, crispy meringue, kaffir lime and orange cremeux
